A 12 session coaching program to help you manage the demands of your busy life while maintaining a life balance using the Uno-Trio® Life Balance Concept.
This program focuses on the Uno-Trio® Life Balance concept developed by productivity coach, Chantal Souaid.
During these 12 sessions, you will learn and start practicing the Uno-Trio® Life Balance concept in your everyday life. You will start by creating your Uno-Trio® Vision for your life, then you will take it one week at a time as you start living by the vision you have set.
